OFF WITH HIS HEAD!

 Keep your eyes on the left side of the screen. The scooter rider almost lost his head for not paying attention to the vehicle ahead. Either he did not realise the truck was slowing down or he did not notice the protruding long bed (in which case, he should get his eyes checked).

For a moment, we stared at our screens in horror thinking that the scooter rider had been decapitated...and then he started moving (phew!). The truck driver probably didn't even feel a bump but the 'helpful' driver whose dash-cam recorded the incident drove past and made the 'effort' to slow down his vehicle and inform the traffic police who were standing a bit further ahead. Good Samaritans are hard to come by these days.
