10 Delivery Cars for a Petrolhead Santa

Have you ever imagined Santa Claus as a badass petrolhead, instead of a plump old man in a rickety sleigh? The designers over at CarWow fired up their Photoshop and created some mad rides for Santa to deliver his presents.

1. Porsche 959 – Mountains

This Christmas Porsche 959 pairs tank tracks with a military-grade winch to help Santa conquer the rugged route of remote mountain areas. A vast light bar ensures that he won’t topple into any crevasses in the dark.

2. Lamborghini Huracan – Deserts


With special sand tyres and a rollcage with steel tubes, this Italian supercar could be the ideal delivery car to bash the dunes of the Sahara.

3. Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 – Inner cities

When it comes to crowded metropolises like Tokyo or Hong Kong, Santa will need more mobility than the reindeers can provide. This highly tuned Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 packs enough power to move swiftly in the city. 

4. Ford GT40 – Oceans

To cross the vast ocean, a specially modified Ford GT40 speedboat is needed to carry the presents at speed. With its 7-litre V8 and ear-splitting open exhausts, there is no guarantee that the less water-resistant presents will be delivered completely unscathed.

5. Ferrari F40 – Jungle rivers

This flat-bottomed river boat is derived from a Ferrari F40. The hull promises to let in only as much water as the engine leaks oil and a pair of high-powered outboard motors are poised and ready to provide backup if its twin-turbocharged V8 gives up.

6. Jeep Wrangler v8 – African plains

A Jeep Wrangler equipped with a great V8 is perfect for Santa to deliver presents in the vast plains of Africa. The large trailer provides enough space for carrying the presents, and the fuel too.

7. Shelby Cobra – Lapland

For gift-giving missions closer to the North Pole, Rudolph might still be the best option for the task. However, overzealous Green Peace campaigners will be glad if Santa replaces him with a highly tuned Shelby Cobra equipped with a snow track.

This World Rally champion with a giant set of wheels and jacked-up off-road suspension makes it the perfect car for mud-plugging through water-logged rainforests.

There is no other classic car better than a Jaguar E-Type to sprint from one village green to another with a huge haul of presents in tow.

10. BMW i8 – The Moon

This BMW i8 has been equipped with rocket thrusters and oxygen generator so that it will help Santa bring a little Christmas cheer to any astronaut left behind.
