With not-so-subtle bodykit elements gleaned from the GT-R, the new tricked-out 370Z NISMO glides past with improved aerodynamics, and is decked with sharp aesthetics inside and out. It sports a deeper front fascia enhanced by LED running lights and blacked-out headlight bezels. The new chin spoiler design increases downforce and features contrasting red accents that continues across the side sills until the rear bumper to make the 370Z slightly ‘prettier’. A ducktail spoiler completes the sporty look along with the 19-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, you will find Recaro leather seats and Alcantara trim with NISMO red gilts. With the new model, there is an option to add on a new Tech package, which includes navigation and high-end audio system, seven-inch touch screen display and the like.
Under the bonnet lies the same 350hp 3.7-liter V6 as before, but enthusiasts will have, in addition to the close-ratio 6-speed manual gearbox, the choice of a seven-speed automatic with Downshift Rev Matching (DRM) and manual shift mode with paddle shifters. The final piece of the upgrade is the improved suspension from enhanced performance dampers, better springs and stabiliser bars.
The 2015 370Z NISMO is expected to go on sale in the US in July this year for USD44,000 upwards.
